Andres was great! Answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the Tucson SEL we ultimately purchased. Friendly, energetic, no high pressure tactics. (We visited two other dealerships in Columbia during our car shopping, neither of which we will ever set foot in again due to the salesperson’s lack of interest and general lack of courtesy.) We wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from Andres! Since we generally keep our cars for a long time, I expect Andres may be a sales manager by that time!

It was my good karma that I was greeted by Andres when I arrived at the Hyundai dealership. I told him that I was interested in test driving one of the hybrid Hyundai Tucsons. I was not yet ready to commit to any particular brand, and I didn’t feel any pressure from him. Andres was friendly and respectful throughout every stage of the process, expertly guiding me and looking out for me every step of the way.
