I had walked up to the dealership, didn’t even make it inside when Phil was already getting the keys for me to drive exactly what I had come there for! Phil stayed connected with me through the 2 day process of buying my new car, and when I explained my situation of why I was there, Phil did magic for me to get an absolutely astonishing deal on a brand new Elantra N! Even after the purchase he has checked in on me to make sure it is still what I had expected, Phil and JM Hyundai have given me the simpliest, most coordinated way to buy a vehicle which can be a hassle. I would recommend Phil to anyone because of how good of a worker he was, he was working with me and in the middle of my car getting finished up he had started another deal! Phil was pleasant and helpful in trying to find out what are needs were and then help us find vehicles that meet our needs. We purchased a vehicle, and he was helpful along the way. The financing kind of soured the overall experience. We bought a car that was still in the process of being certified and I think expectations got mixed. I understand wanting to tell the customer the short of the time range but all its done is 3 different days Ive cancelled/postponed plans thinking it would be ready. Phil has tried his best to keep us informed but when communicating through multiple departments the message can be delayed. I think once the vehicle arrives it will be a decent experience but it's been hard waiting 12 days and counting, now in a new month.
