Phil was great. Any car dealership is going to be a pain between the haggling and pushing of additional features. Machens doesn't buck that trend, but they are more polite and respectful than most. That aside, Phil was very responsive with me and didn't ignore my requests, concerns, etc. despite negotiating almost totally over the phone. He understood what was involved with a remote deal and helped keep me informed along the way. That helped me be prepared when I drove out to get the car. Only took 1hr to get there, sign off on paper, test the car, and address my questions. Overall, a pleasant experience.
