Buying a Hyundai Palisade from Joe Machens Hyundai and working with Tim Colton was as stress free and painless as car buying could be. So I’ll start by saying that I loathe car shopping and I had been putting it off for quite some time. When I finally decided that I “had to get something “ soon, I ran a quick search on Auto trader ( knew exact car/trim that I wanted). I submitted a request for more info & was contacted by a live person via text from Joe Mauchen’s at 11pm pst!! They gave me vehicle specifics and then I was contacted by the dealership the very next day (Saturday). Tim was my salesperson & he promised to reach out that Monday with more specifics. He was very honest from the beginning of my inquiry & told me that the vehicle (‘25 Palisade ) was on a Stop/Sale due to some recalls. It wasn’t an issue for me as I had some other things to work out with the sale of my current car. Fast forward about a month and I got an unexpected call from Tim that my Palisade was ready to go! To be honest, I had kinda forgotten about it. The sale was totally seamless and straightforward. It was an out of state purchase so they took care of transporting the vehicle to my home state. It took about 9 days from payment being sent to my new vehicle being delivered. Tim answered all my questions along the way and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Super happy with my new purchase & I love how easy it was! Thanks again, Tim.
