I'm a Product Specialist at Joe Machens Hyundai, and I’m based right here in Columbia, MO. I grew up in Boonville, and I’m an easygoing and enthusiastic person. I'm always up for a conversation. I'm passionate about helping people find the right vehicle for them, and I really enjoy the process of getting customers behind the wheel of something they love. When I'm not at work, I'm probably watching the Lakers play some basketball.

Zachery is a young man just getting into the business and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Zachery to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Zachery was very good to deal with and made the car buying experience relaxed. He was very familiar with and pointed out the various features of the vehicle we purchased. I would recommend Zachery to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Zach went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and answer all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable and was very helpful throughout the car buying process.

Very good! Zach clearly wanted my business! He was intuitive. He knew the car and how all the features worked and listened (and remembered) what I said I was looking for. I bought the car that was a stretch because he brought it out and it was a beauty!

Zachery was amazing! This was my first time ever buying a car, and he made the process so easy, explained everything, and made the process fun. I will absolutely be talking to him the next time I am looking for a car.

Zach was great but I’m not happy with two things and I doubt that they fall into Zach’s wheelhouse. They aren’t big deals but they reduced the overall car buying experience. First, the inspection paperwork wasn’t with all of the other paperwork. I went to the dmv, waited twenty minutes only to find out that I did not have the inspection paperwork. I had to go back to the dealer only to find out that it had been put into my glove compartment, then go back to the dmv and wait another twenty minutes or so. I found that very aggravating. A car purchase is something that most people do not do on a regular basis so will not know that if the title is from out of state that an inspection is required, even if it is a vehicle with less than 100k miles. So I didn’t know enough to ask about it. You guys knew it was going to be needed so I should have been told the paper was going to be needed and that it was inside the glove compartment. Secondly, when spending tens of thousands of dollars on a vehicle I should not have to go to an auto parts store to purchase license plate screws for the front of the car. Considering that having plates on the front of the vehicle is Missouri law, from a customer service perspective it should be a a given that a vehicle would have the required screws. Once again, Zach was a pleasure to work with and I appreciate him. It’s the two things I mentioned that changed the experience from great to meh.

Zachery is very young and still learning about the car business, but he was always friendly and respectful. Seemed knowledgeable and willing to look up answers that he didn't know. Would consider working with him again.
